Our team of professionals are dedicated to improving the quality of care and services for residents and patients across skilled nursing facilities. We support quality improvement opportunities, root cause analysis, and structured program development for SNFs across our nation using evidence-based and best practice solutions. The LTC Team offers many opportunities for you to utilize our knowledge and expertise as Administrators, Director of Nurses, Assistant Director of Nurses, MDS Coordinators with RAC-CT, Corporate Quality Compliance Officers, Quality Improvement Specialists with CPHQ certification, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Staffing Managers, and State Surveyors with SMQT certification.
